In this editorial Colin Ifill highlights a new piece of legislation that was passed by the government of the United States. He outlines sections of the Act and its possible impact on Jamaica and the Caribbean. He did this by drawing reference to actual cases that prompted the legislation, for example “Ponzi Schemes”.
